17I. Remaining funds to be paid into Domestic Builders Fund



(1) If the Minister is satisfied that all claims on a guarantee given under
this Act have been dealt with and that no further claim can be made on a
guarantee given under this Act, the Minister may by notice published in the
Government Gazette, close the Housing Guarantee Claims Fund.

(2) On the publication of the notice under subsection (1) all money standing
to the credit of the Housing Guarantee Claims Fund must be paid into the
Domestic Builders Fund established under the
Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995.
