Report to Minister

17F. Report to Minister

VMIA must from time to time at the direction of the Minister report to the
Minister in the manner required by the Minister on its administration of-

   (a)  claims on guarantees given by HGFL or the State under this Act; and

   (b)  the Housing Guarantee Claims Fund.
