Discretion to issue guarantee

10A. Discretion to issue guarantee



Despite anything to the contrary in this Act, the approved guarantor may give
a guarantee in relation to a dwelling-house which could not otherwise be sold
on the same basis as a guarantee given to an owner builder under section 9 and
subject to the requirements set out in that section.
