What may be done while an order is in force?
60. What may be done while an order is in force?
Despite anything to the contrary in Part 4, while an interim protection order
is in force in respect of a place or object, the Executive Director may
authorise any reasonable works or activities on the place or object which may
assist-
(a) in determining the cultural heritage significance of the place or
object; and
(b) in the consideration of the place or object for inclusion in the
Heritage Register.
