Nomination for inclusion in Heritage Register

23. Nomination for inclusion in Heritage Register



(1) A person or body may nominate a place or object for inclusion in the
Heritage Register.

(2) A nomination must be made in writing to the Executive Director in a manner
approved by the Executive Director.

(3) The Executive Director may nominate a place or object for inclusion in the
Heritage Register.





(4) A nomination must-

   (a)  specify reasons as to why the place or object warrants inclusion in
        the Heritage Register; and

   (b)  include reasons based on the assessment criteria published by the
        Heritage Council.
