Advisory committees

10. Advisory committees



(1) The Heritage Council may establish any advisory committees it considers
necessary to advise it on any matter relating to the carrying out of its
functions under this Act.

(2) A member of the Heritage Council may be a member of an advisory committee.

(3) Parts 3 and 4 of Schedule 1 apply to the membership and procedure of an
advisory committee established under this section.
