Committees

9. Committees



(1) For the purposes of this Act, the Heritage Council may appoint committees
consisting of not less than 3 members of the Heritage Council and such other
persons as the Heritage Council thinks fit.

(2) A committee may-

   (a)  make recommendations to the Heritage Council on any matter referred to
        it by the Heritage Council; and

   (b)  carry out any other functions given to it under this Act.

(3) Parts 2 and 4 of Schedule 1 apply to the membership and procedure of
committees.
