Steering Committee to consider submissions

62R. Steering Committee to consider submissions

The Steering Committee must examine each submission in relation to a draft
World Heritage Management Plan that is received on or before the submission
date for the draft plan and may-

   (a)  ask the person making the submission for more information in relation
        to the submission; or

   (b)  conduct a hearing in relation to the draft plan; or

   (c)  consider the draft plan and submissions without a hearing.
