62K. Notice of Approved World Heritage Strategy Plan

The Minister must cause notice of the approval of a World Heritage Strategy
Plan to be given to-

   (a)  the Minister administering the Planning and Environment Act 1987; and

   (b)  each municipal council in the municipal district of which the World
        Heritage Environs Area is situated.
