Decision of Minister

45. Decision of Minister



(1) After considering the report of the Heritage Council, the Minister may
make any determination in relation to a recommendation that the Heritage
Council could have made under Division 3.

(2) A determination of the Minister under this section has the same effect as
a determination of the Heritage Council under Division 3.
