Call-in powers

43. Call-in powers



(1) At any time after notice of a recommendation is published under section 35
and before the decision of the Heritage Council under Division 3 on the
recommendation, the Minister may direct the Heritage Council to refer the
recommendation to the Minister for determination.

(2) The Heritage Council must-

   (a)  comply with a direction under subsection (1); and

   (b)  not consider the recommendation.
