Recommendations in relation to works and activities

33. Recommendations in relation to works and activities



(1) If the Executive Director recommends to the Heritage Council that a place
or object be included in the Heritage Register, the Executive Director may
include in the recommendation the categories of works and activities which are
able to be carried out in relation to the place or the object without the need
for a permit under this Act.

(2) The Executive Director may consult with the owner of the place or object
before making a recommendation referred to in subsection (1).
