Deferral of consideration of nomination

30. Deferral of consideration of nomination

If any land or object which is the subject of a nomination has been offered
for sale or is offered for sale within 60 days after the making of the
nomination, the Executive Director may, with the agreement of the owner of the
land or object, defer the consideration of a nomination until after completion
of that sale.
