Delegation of Heritage Council's functions

12. Delegation of Heritage Council's functions



(1) The Heritage Council may, by instrument, delegate to the Executive
Director its functions under this Act, other than-

   (a)  a function under section 75 or section 76; or

   (b)  this power of delegation.

(2) The Heritage Council may, by instrument, delegate its functions under this
Act to the members of a committee which consists solely of members of the
Heritage Council, other than this power of delegation.
