Transitional provision-environmental health officers

30B. Transitional provision-environmental health officers

The appointment of a person as an environmental health officer under section
30A(2) as in force immediately before the commencement of section 15 of the
Health (Amendment) Act 2001 continues for the duration of that appointment
despite the amendment of section 30A(2) by that Act.
