Sub-committees

162E. Sub-committees



(1) The Council may, subject to the approval of the Minister, appoint for the
purposes of carrying out any of its functions under section 162F a
sub-committee consisting of such members as it determines together with such
other persons as it determines.

(2) A sub-committee appointed under this section shall report to the Council.
