GAMBLING REGULATION ACT 2003 - SECT 3.5.31
Credit etc.A person who—
(a) holds a licence under this Act; or

(c) is an entitlement holder—
must not make a loan or extend credit in any form, to any person to enable that person or any other person to play a gaming machine in an approved venue.
Penalty: 100 penalty units.
