2.5A.10. Duration of fixed term ban order

A fixed term ban order-

   (a)  takes effect on the day on which notice of the order is published in
        the Government Gazette, or on a later day specified in the notice; and

   (b)  remains in force for the period specified in the order by the
        Minister, unless it is sooner revoked by the Minister.
