Definition

2.5.7. Definition

In this Division-

bookmaker includes-

   (a)  a person who carries on the business of, or acts as, a bookmaker or
        turf commission agent; and

   (b)  a person who gains or endeavours to gain their livelihood wholly or
        partly by betting or making wagers.
