2.5.44. Being disguised in common gaming house or place

A person must not employ or use any means to disguise themselves in or about a
common gaming house or place. Penalty: For a first offence, 15 penalty units
or imprisonment for 3 months or both; For a second offence, 25 penalty units
or imprisonment for 6 months or both; For a third or subsequent offence,
imprisonment for 12 months.
