Persons found in common gaming house or place
2.5.43. Persons found in common gaming house or place
A person who is at any time found in a common gaming house or place (whether
entered under a warrant or not) without lawful excuse is guilty of an offence.
Penalty: For a first offence, 25 penalty units; For a second or subsequent
offence, 60 penalty units.
