2.5.4. Division not to extend to stakeholder or to owner of horse in any race

Nothing in section 2.5.1, 2.5.2 or 2.5.3 extends to a person receiving or
holding any money or valuable thing by way of stakes or deposit to be paid to
the winner of a race or lawful sport, game or exercise, or to the owner of a
horse engaged in a race.
