Additional penalty for continuing offences

2.5.37. Additional penalty for continuing offences

A person who is guilty of an offence against section 2.5.35(1) or 2.5.36(1)
that is of a continuing nature is liable, in addition to the penalty set out
at the foot of that section, to a further penalty of not more than 5 penalty
units for each day during which the offence continued after service by a
member of the police force on the person of a notice of contravention.
