2.5.33. Convicted persons found in declared common gaming house

A person who has been convicted of an indictable offence must not be found in
a house or place that has been declared to be a common gaming house or place
during the time that the declaration is in force. Penalty: 100 penalty units
or imprisonment for 12 months or both.
