2.5.30. Notice in the Government Gazette



(1) The applicant must cause to be published in the Government Gazette notice
of-

   (a)  a declaration under section 2.5.27; or

   (b)  a rescission under section 2.5.28 or 2.5.29 and the terms or
        conditions subject to which the rescission was made.

(2) In a proceeding under this Act, the production of a copy of the Government
Gazette containing a notice referred to in subsection (1) is evidence that the
declaration or rescission referred to in the notice was duly made.
