2.5.19C. Application for race field publication and use approval



(1) A wagering service provider may apply to an appropriate controlling body
for publication and use approval.

(2) An application for approval must-

   (a)  be made in the prescribed time; and

   (b)  be in the prescribed form; and

   (c)  contain or be accompanied by any additional information the
        controlling body requires.
