Gaming in public places

2.3.4. Gaming in public places

A person must not-

   (a)  play or bet at any unlawful game; or

   (b)  in any public place play or bet by way of wagering or gaming at or
        with any table instrument or means of wagering or gaming at any game
        or pretended game of chance.

Penalty: 15 penalty units or imprisonment for 3 months or both.
