Authorised raffles, lotteries etc.
2.2.7. Authorised raffles, lotteries etc.
A person does not commit an offence against this Chapter in respect of
anything done by that person for the purposes of a raffle, lottery or other
activity authorised by or under a gaming Act or any other Act.
