8. Application of Regulations under Gas Pipelines Access Law

The Regulations in force for the time being under Part 3 of the South
Australian Act-

   (a)  apply as Regulations in force for the purposes of the Gas Pipelines
        Access (Victoria) Law; and

   (b)  as so applying may be referred to as the Gas Pipelines Access
        (Victoria) Regulations.
