Application to coastal waters

5. Application to coastal waters



(1) This Act, the Gas Pipelines Access (Victoria) Law and the Gas Pipelines
Access (Victoria) Regulations apply in the coastal waters of this State.



(2) In subsection (1)-

coastal waters, in relation to this State, means any sea that is on the
landward side of the adjacent area of this State but is not within the limits
of this State.
