4. Crown to be bound
This Act, the Gas Pipelines Access (Victoria) Law and the Gas Pipelines Access
(Victoria) Regulations bind the Crown, not only in the right of Victoria but
also, so far as the legislative power of the Parliament permits, the Crown in
all its other capacities.
