27. New section 38BA inserted

After section 38B of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 insert-

"38BA. References to Gas Pipelines Access Law
In an Act or subordinate instrument-

Gas Pipelines Access (Victoria) Law means the provisions applying because of
section 7 of the Gas Pipelines Access (Victoria) Act 1998;

Gas Pipelines Access (Victoria) Regulations means the provision applying
because of section 8 of the Gas Pipelines Access (Victoria) Act 1998.".
