20A. VENCorp not a service provider under Gas Pipelines Access (Victoria) Law
and Gas Pipelines Access (Victoria) Regulations

Despite anything to the contrary in the Gas Pipelines Access (Victoria) Law
and Gas Pipelines Access (Victoria) Regulations, VENCorp is not to be taken to
be a service provider if it operates, or controls the operation of (without at
the same time owning) a pipeline.
