Modification of law of Victoria

7. Modification of law of Victoria

If a provision of the State Agreement is inconsistent with a provision of the
law of Victoria, the provision of the State Agreement prevails and the
provision of the law of Victoria is, to the extent of the inconsistency,
modified accordingly.
