Amendment of Register

31. Amendment of Register



(1) The Registrar of Titles, on being requested to do so and on delivery of
any relevant certificate of title or instrument and certificate of the chief
executive officer of GEB, must make any amendments in the Register that are
necessary because of the operation of this Act or compliance with the
Direction.
