Proceedings

29. Proceedings

Where, immediately before the completion date, proceedings (including
arbitration proceedings) relating to transferred property to which GEB was a
party were pending or existing in any court or tribunal, then, on and after
the completion date, the Purchaser is substituted for GEB as a party to the
proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as GEB.
