Substitution of party to agreement

27. Substitution of party to agreement

Where, under the State Agreement and section 26, rights and liabilities of GEB
under an agreement vest in, or become liabilities of, the Purchaser-

   (a)  the Purchaser becomes, on the completion date, a party to the
        agreement in place of GEB; and

   (b)  on and after the completion date, the agreement has effect as if the
        Purchaser had always been a party to the agreement.
