Application for licence

25C. Application for licence



(1) A person may apply to the Commission for the issue of a licence
authorising the provision of the prescribed services specified in the
application.

(2) An application must be in a form approved by the Commission and be
accompanied by such documents as may be required by the Commission.

(3) An application must be accompanied by the application fee (if any) fixed
by the Commission.
