Exemptions

25B. Exemptions



(1) The Governor in Council may by Order in Council published in the
Government Gazette exempt a person from the requirement to obtain a licence in
respect of the provision of the prescribed services specified in the Order in
Council.

(2) An exemption may be of general or specific application.

(3) An exemption is subject to such terms, conditions and limitations as are
specified in the Order in Council.

(4) An Order under subsection (1) may confer powers and functions on, and
leave any matter to be decided by, the Commission.
