Financial records

22. Financial records



(1) The provider must keep financial records in respect of the prescribed
services which are separate from other aspects of any business conducted by
the provider.

(2) The provider must make the financial records available to the Commission
when requested to do so by notice in writing given by the Commission.



(3) Part 4 of the Essential Services Commission Act 2001 applies to financial
records kept for the purposes of this section.
