PART 1 PRELIMINARY

Purpose

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Act is to make provision for the sale of certain assets of
the Grain Elevators Board and to make provision for regulating the handling
and storage of grain for export shipping at the Port of Melbourne, the Port of
Geelong and the Port of Portland.
