GREENHOUSE GAS GEOLOGICAL SEQUESTRATION ACT 2008 - SECT 16
Ownership of greenhouse gas substanceIf an injection and monitoring licence is cancelled or surrendered, the Crown becomes the owner of any greenhouse gas substance that has been injected into an underground geological formation under that licence.
