GEOTHERMAL ENERGY RESOURCES ACT 2005 - SECT 81

A person must not carry out any geothermal energy operation on any land specified in Schedule 3 to the Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990 without the written consent of the Minister responsible for that land.

Penalty:     240 penalty units.
