GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 2019 - SECT 79

A person may apply to VCAT for a supportive guardianship order that appoints a supportive guardian for a person with a disability who is—

        (a)     of or over 18 years of age; or

        (b)     under 18 years of age but the order takes effect on that person attaining 18 years of age.
