GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 2019 - SECT 74

    (1)     After public notice, an administrator may sell any personal effect of a former represented person that—

        (a)     is in the administrator's possession; and

        (b)     is not claimed within 2 years after the date on which the person ceased to be a represented person.

    (2)     The proceeds of a sale referred to in subsection (1) are to be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
