Application for temporary order

59. Application for temporary order



(1) Any person may apply to the Tribunal for a temporary order appointing an
administrator of the estate of a person in respect of whom an application
could be made under section 43.





(2) An application may be made under subsection (1) whether or not an
application has been made to the Tribunal under section 43.

(3) Each person who would be entitled to notice under section 44 of an
application under section 43 is entitled to notice of the making of an
application under this section, notice of the hearing of the application and
notice of any order made by the Tribunal in respect of the application.
