Ancillary powers of administrator

50. Ancillary powers of administrator



(1) An administrator may on behalf of a represented person sign and do all
such things as are necessary to give effect to any power or duty vested in the
administrator.

(2) This Act does not confer on an administrator the power to execute a will
in the name of a represented person.
