Who is entitled to notice of an application?

44. Who is entitled to notice of an application?

Each of the following is entitled to notice of the making of an application
for an order appointing an administrator, notice of the hearing of the
application and notice of any order made by the Tribunal in respect of the
application-

   (a)  the nearest relative available of the person in respect of whom the
        application is made;

   (b)  the primary carer (if any) of the person in respect of whom the
        application is made;

   (c)  the Public Advocate;

   (d)  any guardian of the person in respect of whom the application is made;

   (e)  any person who has advised the Tribunal of an interest in the person
        in respect of whom the application is made or in his or her estate.
