Guidelines for medical or dental treatment

42J. Guidelines for medical or dental treatment

The Tribunal may-

   (a)  in consultation with the Public Advocate and the Secretary to the
        Department of Justice; and

   (b)  with the approval of the Governor in Council-

issue and make available to members of the public guidelines specifying
situations in which the person responsible for a patient may consent to
medical or dental treatment in respect of the patient.
