Application for temporary order

32. Application for temporary order



(1) Any person may apply to the Tribunal for a temporary order appointing a
guardian of a person in respect of whom an application could be made under
section 19.

(2) An application may be made under subsection (1) whether or not an
application has been made to the Tribunal under section 19.

(3) Each person who would be entitled to notice under section 20 of an
application under section 19 is entitled to notice of the making of an
application under this section, notice of the hearing of the application and
notice of any order made by the Tribunal in respect of the application.
